Flat work is any flat concrete or brick cleanings with an additional charge for re-sanding any brickwork if needed.

Sealing your concrete and asphalt adds a protective layer. It is a great way to prevent any future damage to your surfaces.
Sidewalks/Walkways
The sidewalk/walkway cleaning ensures a clean and more importantly slip free surface for you or any passerby. Brick walkways can be re-sanded for an additional fee. Fee based on size.
Roof Cleanings
Roof cleanings offer a NO PRESSURE wash. Using a scraper to remove moss is not only more effective than a brush method, but it also removes less grit overall making this the obvious choice for moss removal. (Gutter cleaning added to all roof cleanings).
Decks
Deck cleaning removes any moss, algae, and debris buildup creating a safe and slip free deck. Handrails can be added on request.
Retaining walls
Retaining wall cleanings cover concrete walls as well as brick-built walls. This removes any debris buildup, moss, algae, and lichen.
Lawn projects
Lawn projects include but not limited to, sod removal/install, rock install, mulch install, shrub/bush removal, features install, and pathway installs.
Gutter Cleaning
Gutter cleanings are limited to single story homes at this time. This includes a hand pull of any major debris with a blow out of any small particles left behind. This provides a much cleaner gutter than either method by themselves. (Downspout clog removal/cleaning is available upon request.)
Lawn Maintenace
Our basic lawn care is a good way to keep your lawn under control without breaking the bank. Offering bare bones services such as mowing, weed eating, and edging allows us to keep costs low while providing great results.
Soft wash
For some surfaces like house siding or roofs, pressure can be damaging. For this we offer a soft wash. This ensures you’ll get a clean outcome without risking any damage.
